OCR is designed for children starting to learn the game of soccer. Ages range from U6 - U12 for both boys and girls.

The OCR program is typically a 9-10 week league season, and games are played on Saturdays between 8am and 4pm.  Depending on who the home team is, OCR games can be held anywhere in Ocean County.

Recreational teams typically practice once or twice weekly.  Practice locations, times and days are determined by the coach of the individual team.
